It is the responsibility of the customer to read through the General Conditions before placing orders. Once an order has been placed, this means that the customer has accepted these conditions.
We strive to provide every soccer fan with a one stop shop for all their soccer needs making the shopping experience user friendly and enjoyable.
In doing so Gmsport interactive store has partnered with Prosoccer Merchadise to provide you with all the items seen on the website. Prosoccer Merchandise are situated at 20 Lions Square, Main Road, Somerset West, 7130, Western Cape, South Africa.
For these terms and conditions Gmsport and Prosoccer Merchandise will be collectively referred to as “The Store”. All products ship from our warehouse in SA.
General Enquiries:
Please allow 24-48 hours for our support team to respond to queries. Please note that opperating hours are 8am-6pm, Monday to Fridays.
Guarantee and returns :
If you are unhappy with the goods you have received due to damaged material or factory faults you can return them to us for a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price less merchant commissions of 10%. Products must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt and at the customers expense. Refunds for the purchase price (which does not include postage) will be issued for products returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please note that the returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit to us. All The Store's products are Official Products straight from the licensed manufacturers and will not accept returns regarding this matter. Pictures on the site may at times vary in detail and colour to the actual product. Custom Kits: all our custom kits are manufactured with the highest of quality. Sizes and colours may vary so it is the responsibility of the customer to purchase a sample before ordering a set of kits. The reason for this is because there are thousands of various shades of blues and greens etc, so what you see on screen will be as close as possible to the actual colour of the kits. Once the kits have been personalised by names or numbers it will not be returnable as we may not be able to resell your custom kits. It is the customers responsibility to read through the conditions on our website before purchasing. The Store will pay the postage price for any goods that need to be resent in an exchange situation where a fault was made on our side.
Damages :
Any damaged goods should be returned to The Store for replacement immediately. Incorrect/faulty goods must be returned to us before replacements are sent out. In this situation The Store will accept all postage charges.
Processing of orders :
Processing of orders
All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated. The Store aims to arrange shipment of all "IN STOCK" items within 48 hours of receiving your order from from our warehouse in South Africa. The Store has agreements in place with retailers acting as an affiliate that only sell official merchandise. If your items are not in stock the order will take 8-15 working days for the stock to be shipped. All countries outside of South Africa need to add an additional 3-5 working days. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate and may take a few days to receive stock. The Store at times may not be able to supply by the estimated dates until our suppliers get the items in stock. If you have opted for our "CUSTOM NAME & NUMBERING" service, please add an aditional 3-5working days to the above. Please note that once a name and number have been printed on the shirt, unless the shirt is faulty we cannot provide a refund or exchange the shirt.
Delivery:
Shipping/Postage of "IN STOCK" goods will take place within 48 hours of received payment confirmation. Goods will be posted Counter to Counter and a tracking number will be provided for the customer to collect at the nearest post office...this will take approximately 48- 72hours (from time of dispatch from our distribution) to arrive if the "SPEED POSTAGE" option was selected with your payment.
If your selected items are not "IN STOCK", please allow 8-15 working days. If our suppliers are out of stock, The Store will then source your item at the same cost from another retailer as we have partnerships with companies acting as an affiliate, customers will not be charged extra if this occurs and The Store will pay for any additional costs.
The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to your nearest post office of the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments. Title to any product ordered will pass to you once The Store has received payment in full for that product. Risk in any product ordered will pass upon delivery to you.
International Orders:
Any orders outside of South Africa may be subject to customs fees that are borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; The Store advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information. Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Tracking numbers are not included for international deliveries. For Christmas Deliveries, we recommend that you order by the 20th November for out of stock items or 10 December for instock items. We will endeavour to dispatch all 'in stock' orders within 48 hours, however we cannot guarantee delivery on or before the 24th December as the post may be delayed in your area.
Notes:
The store has been designed to only allow items that are in stock to be ordered but not the exact size of the item , to ensure that we have the correct size in stock please do not hesitate to contact us via email with this request. We are more than happy to help you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
WASHING OF ALL PRODUCTS
All products must be treated seperately when washing.
DO NOT soak or leave in water. Items must be hand washed in cold water, or dry cleaned. DO NOT wash in any washing machines as this will cause damage to your jerseys. GMsport recommends jerseys to be Dry Cleaned. Any damage to the jerseys by any customer who do not adhere to the above will not be refunded. The store will not be held responsible unless the above was taken into consideration when washing.
